The Vault to Visible key

Altitude

You don't become someone new here. You were always her. Your nervous system just hadn't caught up.

I work with accomplished mid-career women in government, law, academia, and nonprofit management who have already done the mindset work and still brace, go quiet, or leave the room before the ask. We retrain the response underneath it. Altitude is where that happens, one to one, with me.

What Altitude is

Twelve weeks, one to one, and something no book can give you.

You start here. Altitude isn't the step after my books — it's the work itself, and both books come with it. Nothing to read first, nothing to finish before you're allowed in.

What no book can give you, mine included, is a live hour, the practice run out loud in front of someone, and a person watching closely enough to tell you what you did instead of what you meant to do. Twelve weeks, three movements, and the hour is yours alone.

MOVEMENT ONE

Embody

The practice stops being something you do and becomes the thing your body reaches for first.

MOVEMENT TWO

Command

You run it live, in the rooms that actually cost you something, and you get seen doing it.

MOVEMENT THREE

Multiply

You leave with your own protocol — the regulation tools you generated, in your language, that you can run without me.

Format
One to one, private
Starts
The week after your call
Length
Twelve weeks from your start date
Your week
One private 50-minute session, plus twenty minutes a day on your own
One way in

One way in, and the hour is yours.

There is no group call and no tier to choose between. Every hour of Altitude is private. Up to ten women start the same week and run the same twelve weeks, each on her own standing day and time, and every one of them has the whole hour pointed at her.

That matters for the women I created this for. A partner up for equity. A department head. An executive director who has to say a number in front of her own board. A program director watching promotions move through a network she was never invited into. A tenure-track professor whose stuck thing has a name and a file number and cannot be said out loud in a room of strangers. It gets said here.

You book a call. A few questions first so the hour doesn't get spent on background, then sixty minutes where I ask what's actually happening and tell you what I think needs to happen. By the end of it you'll know whether these are the right twelve weeks for you, and so will I.

What you leave with

Send it. Finish it. Hold it.

Three things you can point to. Not a feeling about yourself, not a new belief — three specific things that exist in the world at the end of twelve weeks, because you did them.

ONE

The thing you sent

The email, the post, the pitch, the offer. Out of the folder and in front of someone.

TWO

The thing you finished

The one that's been sitting at ninety percent, because finished things can be judged.

THREE

The number you didn't take back

Your rate. Your raise. Whatever yours is. Said out loud, and still yours after you said it.

Who this is for

Women who are already doing the work.

You don't have to arrive with a diagnosis. I couldn't name mine either — I had a career, a reputation, and a folder of things nobody had seen. You'll recognize it when I put it in front of you.

  • Even if you can't name what's wrong yet.
  • Even if you've never read a word I've written.
  • Even if you've done every mindset course and none of it held.
  • Even if you're the most competent person in most rooms you walk into.
  • Even if you don't think of yourself as someone who needs coaching.

This is for you if

  • you're accomplished and still going quiet, stalling at ninety percent, or handing back what you receive
  • you've done the mindset work and it never reached the half-second before you speak
  • you've been told there's no money but there is flexibility, and you said thank you instead of a number
  • you have something specific waiting to be seen this year
  • you want to practice the hard thing out loud in front of someone, not read more about it

This isn't for you if

  • you're looking for therapy, treatment, or a diagnosis
  • you want a framework to study rather than a practice to run
  • you want motivation — this is a practice, and it works on the days motivation doesn't
  • you can't protect the time for a weekly private session
What's included

Twelve weeks, built around your rooms.

First, we find it

  • Your Lock Profile. Fifteen questions before we start, scored per lock, retaken every month. You stop guessing whether anything is changing — you watch the number drop.
  • Your Lock Map. Week one. You find out exactly where this shows up in your week. Which meeting. Which email. Which person.
  • Your Trigger Ladder. We rank those moments easiest to hardest and you start at the bottom. You never have to do the scariest one first, and every rung has a tool attached to it.
  • Three targets, named and dated in week one. One thing to send, one to finish, one number to say. You know from day one what you're going after, so there's no wondering at the end whether it worked.

Then we run it, every week

  • Twelve weekly private sessions. Fifty minutes a week to practice the hard thing out loud before you do it for real. You practice in the hour, not just talk about it.
  • Voxer between sessions. When you're about to send it and your hand stops, you message me — typed or voice, any weekday. I answer within one business day, so you're not sitting alone with it until next week.
  • Command rehearsal. The board meeting, the negotiation, the pitch. You run it here first, before the day it happens.
  • Session worksheets and summaries. You never leave a session unsure what you agreed to do or when it's due.

And you keep it

  • Your Default Protocol. You leave owning your own tools, matched to your rooms and to what your body actually does in them. Not a generic toolkit.
  • Guided worksheets for after. The twelve weeks end. The rooms don't. When a new number or a new table shows up in March, you run the same practice on it yourself.
  • The full library. All three locks, twenty-one keys, the daily practice, and both books — the 21-day workbook and the Emergence Journal. Nothing to buy separately.
  • Graduation capture. Three things you can point to at the end and say you did.
Who you'd be working with

I created these keys because I needed them first.

Sonyé Nichelle Randolph

I'm Sonyé. I'm an attorney. I survived a cerebral aneurysm, I live with MS, and I'm raising two neurodivergent daughters. All of that was supposed to make me fearless. It didn't.

I have been in and out of these rooms since my twenties. Lobbying. Policy work at nonprofits. Managing in government. Practicing as a municipal attorney. Three semesters teaching a graduate research methods lab. Over eighteen years inside the rooms you are sitting in — the budget hearing, the board meeting, the community meeting where you are the only one being asked to be reasonable, the reclass request that never gets written, the meeting where the decision gets made about you and without you. I am not learning your world from your intake form.

None of that is the credential. Neither is the PhD I didn't finish. I sat for comprehensive exams twice and did not pass, knowing the material all the way through, because I turned in an introduction and left. I called that a freeze for years. Freezing sounds like something that happened to me. It was an exit, and it ran in the same half-second as the number: leave before anyone can charge you. It is the one thing the method exists to reach.

The credential is that I spent years being the most qualified person in rooms where I said nothing — going quiet in some, loud in others, leaving others entirely. It depended on the room and on what my body predicted would happen in it.

I had done the work. The books, the therapy, the belief. It was all real, and none of it reached the half-second before I spoke — the one where my body had already decided. So I created what did, twenty minutes at a time, because I needed it.

I'm not standing outside your vault telling you to open it. I was in mine.

I'm still using the keys.

Altitude is practice and accountability, beside your inner work and your care, never instead of it. It is not therapy, not treatment, and not medical or legal advice. Nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship.
