Refund Policy

Digital products
All sales of digital products are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once a product has been made available for download.
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, start with the free Day 1 Starter Key, which gives you a full day of the practice at no cost.
Delivery problems
If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase but before download, or if a technical problem prevents or unreasonably delays delivery, your sole and exclusive remedy is replacement of the file or refund of the price paid, as determined by Vault to Visible™.
If your download link does not work, expires before you use it, or the file will not open, email us at thevaultmethod@vaulttovisible.com and we will resend it. We would much rather get the file into your hands than process a refund.
Duplicate purchases
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same product, email us with your order numbers and we will refund the duplicate charge.
Printed products
Printed editions are produced and shipped by third-party print partners. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the problem, and we will arrange a replacement.
Because printed editions are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Coaching and programs
All bookings for calls, sessions, and programs are non-refundable. Scheduling and cancellation terms are described in our Terms of Service.
